Tom Dickey and his associates have tried and handled cases in over half of the 67 counties in Pennsylvania,
as well as in Federal Court. He has obtained acquittals in numerous felony and misdemeanor trials, including;
first degree murder, rape and other sexual offenses; drug delivery/possession, and other serious felonies and misdemeanors.
Attorney Dickey has successfully won Appeals before both the Pennsylvania Superior and Commonwealth Courts as well as the Pennsylvania
Supreme Court. He has appeared on CNN as part of a special report concerning his defense of an Iraqi War Veteran in a double homicide
case and has also served as a special legal consultant for local television stations on many legal issues and numerous cases; including
the Jerry Sandusky case. Two of his cases were also specially featured in a state-wide legal journal, The Legal Intelligencer.
He also meets the Qualifications for Defense Counsel in Capital Cases (Death Penalty) pursuant to Rule 801.
